Indulge in an exclusive wine and cheese tasting in the privacy of your villa with a sommelier awarded as ‘best in Europe’ and 4th best in the world. During this unique two hour tasting you will sample a selection of five French wines, each paired with a different type of cheese. Your palate will begin a journey through France’s most renowned wine regions while our expert sommelier shares his inside knowledge on these wines and the cheeses they are paired with.

The Art of Provençale Cuisine

Immerse yourself in the region’s traditional cuisine as you embark on this expedition for the senses with a local chef as your guide. Spend the morning amid the excitement of the local market as you and the chef select and examine fresh ingredients before returning to your villa for a demonstration cooking class. Upon your return you will be greeted with a glass of prosecco and a beautifully set table with an arrangement of fresh flowers. Following your cooking class, enjoy a wonderful three course lunch tasting the very dishes you helped prepare.

Sun, Waves & Jet Surf

Spend an afternoon packed with adrenaline and adventure as you board a one-of-a-kind speed boat and learn the skill of jet surfing alongside the former world champion. Jet surf is the world’s first motorized surfboard; a hybrid between a jet ski, snowboard, wakeboard, and a bike. In addition to jet surf, there will be a variety of water sports gear at your disposal to discover and enjoy.

Mindful Morning

Mindful Morning

Awake with a sense of awareness and fresh energy with a yoga class in the gardens at sunrise. This one hour hatha yoga session takes place in the privacy of your villa and will focus on deep stretching and stress relief. Once your class has ended, enjoy a freshly prepared balanced and healthy breakfast buffet by one of our chefs.

Sunset at Sail

Embark on a journey where you will explore the surroundings of the famous Iles de Lérins. Experience a sense of magic as you tour these islands that are as beautiful as they are rich in history. The Ile Sainte Marguerite, famous for where the man in the iron mask was held as a prisoner, and Ile Saint Honorat, inhabited by monks since the 5th century, are places that bring you back in time. As you board the sailboat you will be welcomed with a glass of champagne and once the sun begins to set, there will be a buffet feast prepared on board by one of our chefs.

Photograph a Medieval Village

With a professional photographer as your tour guide, explore the cobblestone streets of Antibes, one of France’s most beautiful seaside medieval villages. This enchanting fisherman’s village inspired some of the world’s greatest artists including Picasso, Chagall and Monet. During this one-hour photography tour you will find yourself lost in its small winding roads, walking the beautiful ramparts, and discovering the history behind the ancient walls of the chateau. At each stop, the photographer will offer professional insights on framing shots, capturing the scenery and working with natural light so that your vacation photos will never be the same! At the end of the photography session, enjoy a glass of wine and cheese platter for two at our favorite local wine bar.
