This luxury holiday chalet is situated in a quiet neighborhood just a 15 minute walk from Megève town. The chalet’s southwest exposure allows for an abundance of natural light and beautiful views of the Val d’Arly. This fantastic retreat offers 7 bedrooms, a spacious open-concept living and dining area, a fully fitted kitchen, home cinema, private gym and hammam.

The interiors are designed in a charming blend of traditional and modern style. Rustic elements such as wood, stone and natural fabrics can be seen throughout and add a sense of warmth and cosiness to each space. Level -2 of the chalet consists of 3 bedrooms – the room with 4 single beds with en suite bathroom, a double bedroom and a single bedroom. In addition, there is the home cinema and laundry room. On level -1, there are three en suite bedrooms, the fitness room and hammam.

On the main floor, there is the large dining area that seats 10 guests, a fully fitted kitchen and spacious living area. The kitchen, living and dining area enjoy access to the wraparound balcony. The garage with ski room is on this level as well. Finally, on level 1, there is a bedroom with a private bathroom and balcony access.
