A living room with a sea view, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room that seats 10 are located on the pool level. There are four en suite bedrooms on the lower level, all with sea views and balconies, as well as a living room with a library.

The second building consists of two levels. An en suite bedroom with sea views and private balcony is located on the upper level with another en suite bedroom, also with sea views, on the pool level that opens onto the terrace.
