There are two identical houses on the estate, both of which have sea views, shaded terraces, a kitchen, living and dining area. Both houses feature a master suite with access to a terrace with sea views. In addition to the master, there is a double en suite guest bedroom with independent access from the outside as well as a mezzanine fitted with a bed suitable for children. On the entrance level of both houses there is a double en suite guest bedroom with direct access from the outside.

The inviting pool stretches out to the sea, a perfect spot to take a refreshing dip on a hot day. The gardens surrounding the property and leading down to the pool are lovely and include Mediterranean bush, olive trees, lemon trees and herbs.
