The property offers 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a dining room, a living room, a 22 x 4m infinity pool, a bowling green, a number of covered al-fresco dining areas and a fully-fitted modern kitchen, split between five distinct buildings. Each building within the estate has a light and bright interior, and all of the rooms are furnished in a beautiful blend of traditional and modern styles. The interior spaces are laid out in an open living plan style, with subtle natural wood or tiles used for the flooring and furnishings throughout.

The living spaces within the cottages benefit from large panoramic windows and French doors, along with a number of al fresco covered verandas designed to enjoy the beautiful grounds throughout the seasons. The living room and master bedroom are particularly impressive, with a chic aesthetic making them ideal for relaxation, including a private jacuzzi and fitness area.

The estate is comprised of five individual buildings, with four en-suite bedrooms. The master bedroom and the pool bedroom enjoy exclusive use of their respective cottages, and the two remaining bedrooms share occupancy of one of the buildings. This separated layout makes it the perfect luxury villa for multi-generational group stays and ideally suited for entertaining. All bedrooms benefit from their own en suite bathroom. The dining room and professional kitchen are located within their own building, providing a central hub for meals, whilst the separate living room provides the perfect location for relaxing afterwards.

The villa is set amidst 84 acres of manicured grounds, with a number of olive trees and covered areas to provide shade. There are plenty of features that bring surprise and delight, including a dedicated bowling green and outdoor wood-burning oven. The pool area in particular enjoys breathtaking views over the open countryside. There is a summer kitchen and a shaded dining area beside the pool, perfect for retreating from the sun on those hotter summer days.
