This exceptional modern farmhouse is situated in a secluded and peaceful location while being less than a twenty minute drive from the magnificent beaches of Costa Smeralda and Porto Cervo. To stay in this luxury villa is to stay in a private world, with 84 acres of private grounds to explore. This property is unique in its sustainable construction, with each of the main buildings being built with recycled stone from the estate.

The villa, which is comprised of three distinct accommodation buildings, offers 8 en suite bedrooms, 3 dining rooms, 3 living rooms, a 16 x 6m swimming pool, a tennis court, an al-fresco dining area and 3 fully-fitted modern kitchens. Every building within the compound has a light and bright interior, and all rooms are furnished in a blend of modern and traditional style. The interior spaces have an open living plan, with traditional features such as timber beams and carved stone fireplaces in a number of the rooms. The living spaces within each guest cottage are designed to maximize natural light, with large windows and French doors throughout.

The pool cottage provides a particularly impressive guest space, with a private living room and internal jacuzzi, whilst the main house enjoys a generous pergola-covered dining space, ideal for guests to gather and dine al fresco. Each of the buildings on the estate feature a traditional facade from the outside, with white wash or Sicilian granite facades and rustic barrel roof tiles.

The estate is comprised of four individual cottages – the main house contains three of these bedrooms, whilst the pool house has one, and the two barn cottages contain two bedrooms each. The adaptable nature of the property, with its multiple detached living areas, makes it ideal for multi-generational group stays with friends or family. The primary living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen are located within the main house, although the barn cottages have their own self-contained kitchens and living rooms, and the pool cottage has its own living space, truly offering versatile accommodation.

The villa is set amidst its own extensive private grounds, with a number of olive trees and covered areas to provide shade. The garden features a number of local plants arranged over different levels, and there are various stone paths to lead you around it on a morning stroll. The large, fenced tennis court also provides the ideal opportunity to keep active during your stay.

The pool area has a fantastic view of an adjoining rocky hillside and is surrounded by a number of sun loungers and a lovely pergola. This beautiful estate is the perfect relaxing retreat for large groups. Whether you’d like to play a game of tennis, relax poolside, or take a short drive to some of the best beaches and towns that Sardinia has to offer, this getaway offers something for everyone.
