Villa Alfieri

Not far from the extraordinary Medieval town of Siena, this five bedroom luxury holiday villa has beautiful views of vineyards and the Tuscan countryside as well as a large swimming pool. Fully fenced and gated, families can allow their children freedom to roam without worrying about their safety.

The ground floor of the villa is a mix of old and new with brick arches, tiled floors, wood beamed ceilings and stone walls that add a rustic charm to the contemporary furnishings and décor. A spacious sitting room with a fireplace, an elegant dining room with seating up to fourteen and a fully equipped kitchen and breakfast room are all located on this level. Offering up to date amenities and conveniences, the sumptuous bedrooms and baths on the first floor are both cozy and elegant. There are five ensuite bedrooms and a smaller bedroom. If this bedroom is occupied one bathroom will be shared. Also on this level, there is a library/study and a sitting area. On the lower level there is a furnished pool house with a kitchen area, a sitting area and a changing room.

The stone villa is built in a traditional Tuscan manner consisting of stone and tiled roofs and has a beautiful view across vineyards to distant hills. Olive trees, vines and other mature trees soften the stone and offer shade at one end of the large swimming pool which comes complete with a waterfall. Panoramic views incorporate Siena in the distance.
