Located next to the beautiful town of Cassis, this waterfront villa is within walking distance to the Arène beach and offers 11 en suite bedrooms, a cinema room, pétanque court and a large heated pool.

Inside there are four reception rooms, a fully equipped kitchen and 11 en suite bedrooms (there is the possibility of renting a 12th bedroom, upon request). The interiors are a lovely combination of simplicity and elegance. The rooms are all beautifully furnished with wooden floors and large windows and doors opening onto the stunning views as well as the expansive terrace overlooking the sea. The rustic decor elements blends seamlessly with sumptuous fabrics and the original features of the home – crown molding, fireplaces and wooden beams.

The gardens are beautifully maintained and the 13x4m heated saltwater pool is set in a deck surrounded by pine trees that looks out over the sea.

Guests can spend the mornings exploring the natural park of Les Calanques before enjoying a freshly grilled lunch al fresco followed by a friendly game of bocce.
