The property is set over five floors and 2000m2 of indoor space offering a total of 11 bedrooms, a home cinema, a games room, a gym, and a private spa, an outdoor pool, spacious gardens and beautoful mountain views. 

The interiors of the chalet are traditional in style and have been furnished with refined, quality furniture and rich textures that create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The ground floor of the property includes a professional kitchen, a dining room with two tables (one for 25 guests and the other one for 10 people), a large living room with fireplace and a screen projector, billiard table, arcade games and a professional bar. On that same level there are also a ski room and a climbing wall.

The first floor is dedicated to the private gym, a foosball table, and two separate toilets. The second level is comprised of a large conference room, a wine cellar, a large living room that can become a cinema room, a poker table, and the wellness area. The wellness area includes a heated swimming pool inside and outside (with multiple spa water jets, wave machine and hot water waterfall), a hot tub, sauna, hammam, massage room, dressing room, the private gym and a terrace. 

The third floor offers three double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The fourth floor includes two separate apartments, a 1-bed 1bath apartment and a second apartment offering two double bedrooms and a shared bathroom. On the same floor guests have access to two additional en suite bedrooms and the primary suite.

The top floor offers a suite with double bedroom and a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room, a living room with fireplace, an office, a second master suite with terrace terrace. 

The exterior of the chalet is the ideal place to relax and enterain with friends and family during the warmer months thanks to the outdoor pool and a bar area, a large covered outdoor table, a bocce ball court, and an archery.
