The villa has extensive terraces complete with lemon and orange trees, palm trees, and bougainvillea with panoramic views of the turquoise colored waters below.
The property has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a fully fitted kitchen, a pool table, a swimming pool, direct access to the sea, and incredible views. This seaside home offers an open living plan with rooms that are bright with natural light. There are floor to ceiling windows in the main living area that can be opened up to give the feeling of outdoor living in the summer months. The interiors are decorated in a blend of modern and traditional style with quality furniture throughout.
The living room has two separate lounge areas beside the large dining table that looks out to the terrace and over the bay. The kitchen is well equipped and is a lovely mix of rustic charm with modern amenities. There are three bedrooms in the main house and the remaining two bedrooms are situated in independent guest houses. Three of the bedrooms boast an en suite bathroom. One of the more unique features of this property is the game room complete with a pool table, perfect for quiet afternoons or late night gatherings.
Set beside lovely bougainvillea overlooking the pool and the bay below is the outdoor dining area, ideal for al fresco lunches or dinners with friends and family. The poolside terrace is a standout feature of the property, with a number of comfortable sun loungers and shaded areas for the hot summer days. The pool itself is large and perfect for a day of swimming and relaxing. Steps lead down to the sea from the pool area, should you fancy an early morning swim, although it is a steep walk so not recommended for young children.

To finalize your booking, you must pay a deposit corresponding to 50% of the rent.
Deposit payment must be made within 48 hours of accepting the rental agreement.
The balance of rental and damage deposit must be paid no later than 60 days prior to arrival date.
Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card via Stripe (upon request).
All payments are non-refundable.
An additional refundable damage deposit is required for this property.
