This beautiful luxury holiday villa is located on a large estate just about 40 minute drive from Florence. Surrounded by the lovely Tuscan countryside, the villa offers guests a tranquil space from which to explore the region. With ten ensuite bedrooms, a private pool, a communal tennis court, and views of the countryside, this villa is ideal for large parties who want to be close to Florence yet enjoy the serenity of a private home.

The interior is traditionally furnished with comfortable seating and colorful decor. Tiled floors and wood beamed ceilings add a rustic charm to this fully up to date villa. A spacious lounge on the ground floor opens onto an outdoor terrace. An eat in kitchen can easily accommodate up to 20 guests at its wooden table. Six ensuite bedrooms are located on the first floor with a seventh ensuite bedroom on the second floor. Three additional ensuite bedrooms can be found in the annex. 

Rose bushes and cypress trees add color and texture to the pristine lawns. A pergola provides shade for al fresco meals and the swimming pool offers a welcome escape from the heat.
