The lower level consists of a fully equipped kitchen as well as a kitchenette, a large open plan living area, a dining room with a large wooden table that seats ten, and a hammam. Three en suite bedrooms with sea views are on the upper level as well as another bedroom and a bathroom.

A semi-detached unit with three en suite bedrooms all with amazing sea views is connected to the main house. It includes a fully equipped kitchen as well as a living and dining area. There are five guest houses, including two independent suites, each with an en suite bedroom and sea views. The pool level unit includes an en suite bedroom with sea view, a fully equipped kitchen and living area with sofa bed. A fourth unit consists of an en suite bedroom with sea views, a kitchenette and living area with sofa bed. The fifth is a chapel unit with en suite bedroom, sea views, and living area.
