The second unit has a living and dining space on the ground level as well as a fully equipped kitchen and an en suite bedroom. Two bedrooms with a shared bathroom are on the upper level. All three bedrooms have sea views. Both units open onto the pool terrace. In addition there are two guest houses each with a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen and an en suite bedroom.

The terrace offers a private swimming pool with jacuzzi jets, a shaded lounge area, a BBQ, and a dining area that comfortably seats 10.
