The living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen are all situated on the ground floor in a long open plan room with arches separating one area from the other. Three ensuite bedrooms are also on this level. One of the bedrooms has a sauna. Four additional ensuite bedrooms are located on the first floor.
A large terrace opens off of the living and dining area of the home with a shaded area perfect for al fresco meals. Sun loungers are arranged around the private swimming pool allowing guests to admire the beautiful views. Payments & Cancellations
To finalize your booking, you must pay a deposit corresponding to 50% of the rent.
Deposit payment must be made within 48 hours of accepting the rental agreement.
The balance of rental and damage deposit must be paid no later than 90 days prior to arrival date.
Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card via Stripe (upon request).
All payments are non-refundable.

Additional Information
An additional refundable damage deposit is required for this property.
- A refundable 30% APA and security deposit is required to be paid prior to arrival on top on the rental amount.
