What does the concierge service include?

Upon booking, you will be introduced to your dedicated concierge, a member of our in-house team who will assist in tailoring your vacation with bespoke services and experiences.

All services must be arranged prior to your arrival. Your trip itinerary will then be shared with our trusted local management team, who will be your point of contact once you arrive at the property.

The pre-arrival concierge service is included in your booking; however, a service fee may apply to services booked.
