Booking Conditions

Payment & Cancellations

To finalize your booking, you must pay a deposit corresponding to 50% of the rent. Deposit payment must be made within 48 hours of accepting the rental agreement. The balance of rental and damage deposit must be paid no later than 90 days prior to arrival date. Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card. All payments are non-refundable.

Additional Information

  • The rental includes the storage of ski equipment at the resort and staff is always available to assist guests. Shuttle service from the property to the lodge and back is included in the rental price. The indoor pool is open from 9am to 9pm, the spa is open from 11am to 8pm and the gym is open 24h. A credit card pre-authorization for the damage deposit is required upon arrival. Tourism taxes should be paid locally. Rental prices may vary slightly from the published rates - final prices must always be confirmed by our team.
