This luxury holiday ski chalet is located in front of the Mont Blanc, a 3 min. drive to the ski slopes and a 5 min. drive to the village of Combloux. The home offers 7 bedrooms, two offices, a spa area, a fitness room and absolutely incredible mountain views.

The entrance floor offers four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a dormitory with its own bathroom that can sleep four, a staff bedroom with a kitchenette and bathroom, and the ski room equipped with boot warmers.

The first floor includes the fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a cozy fireplace, a dining room that can accommodate up to 10 guests, an office and a very spacious terrace. The second floor is dedicated to the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and another office. The spa area and the fitness room are located on the lower level. 

The chalet offers a stunning 180-degree view of the Mont-Blanc. There is also an outdoor hot tub, and the large terrace located on the first level is equipped with deckchairs, garden table, garden salon and a barbecue, ideal for al-fresco dining during the warmer months.
