The property consists of a spacious main villa plus an annex. The villa is set on 3 floors and offers 5 bedrooms, a private wellness area with fitness equipment, yoga mats and a massage bed, a 12 x 4m swimming pool, and an amazing orchard and vegetable garden.

The interiors are artfully decorated, with a mix of traditional and modern decor which includes a mix of antiques collected all over the wolrd by the current owners. On the ground floor there is a very modern fully equipped kitchen with a pizza oven. The mansion offers plenty of space to entertain and relax, including two living rooms and two dining rooms. On the first floor there are four en suite bedrooms. One more en suite bedroom is located in the annex. The 3 floors are connected by both an internal staircase and an elevator.

The pool area perfectly blend with the garden and its surroundings, nestled in a majestic setting with a lot of trees and vegetation. Beside the pool guests can enjoy a spacious pergola ideal for al fresco dining for up to 18 people while enjoying the stunning Tuscan hillside views.

Kindly note that the staff resides within the main villa on the second floor, without independent access. That being said, guest privacy is always guaranteed.
