Always Sparkling from Mirabeau en Provence
(Serves 1)
Ingredients:
1 shot (30ml) gin
1 shot (30ml) freshly
squeezed grapefruit juice
2 shots (60ml) of La
Folie sparkling rosé
Ice cubes
Instructions:
In a shaker, shake together gin, grapefruit
juice and a handful of ice cubes.
Rim the cocktail glasses with sugar (optional).
Pour the grapefruit mixture through a sieve directly in the glasses.
Frosé Cocktail from Ruschmeyer’s in Montauk, New York
(Serves 1)
Ingredients:
2 ounces rosé (Provence style)
1 ounce vodka
1 ounce fresh
watermelon juice
watermelon wedges and
mint, to garnish
ice cubes
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender with ice.
Serve in a coupe glass
and garnish with watermelon wedge and mint.
