Begin your day on Liston Street, an elegant, arcaded promenade that exudes sophistication. Delight in a morning coffee and breakfast at the charming Liston Gastrotheque. Afterward, traverse the nearby Spianada Square, a vast park separating the old town from the Old Fortress. Give yourself at least an hour to explore the immense Old Fortress, home to the Byzantine Collection, the Lighthouse, the Old British Hospital, and the Holy Church of Agios Georgios. Climb to the fortress’s pinnacle for a breathtaking panoramic view of the Old Town.
