Hierbas Liqueur Workshop

Hierbas, meaning “herbs” in Spanish, is a famous liqueur that is local to Ibiza. Traditionally a medicine made on the island for centuries, it is now widely offered as a post-dinner digestif in local restaurants. Thie workshop explores how this iconic liqueur has been a part of Ibiza's culture and history and, with your senses stimulated by the sight, fragrance and taste of each ingredient, you are guided through making your very own blend to take home.
