This holiday villa is located in between Ibiza town and Sant Antoni de Portmany. Nestled in the island’s countryside among olive groves, lies this fantastic family friendly home. The property is set on expansive private gardens and benefits from a sea view while only being a ten minute drive to the pristine beaches of Es Torrent and Cala Jondal, as well as the village of San Jose.


This luxurious villas has been restored to high standards and offers six en suite bedrooms, two swimming pools, a hot tub, children’s playground, trampoline, ping pong table, summer kitchen, and private gym. The property offers a fairly open floor plan with high ceilings and large sliding doors throughout. The interior spaces are bright with natural light, spacious, and elegant in design.


The living room offers a lovely view of the sea and has access to the large main terrace overlooking the garden. Beside the living room is the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes two Gaggenau ovens, a Miele dishwasher, professional French fry cutter, yoghurt maker, and more.


The villa’s interiors feature touches of classical Ibicenco architecture. The design is warm and inviting with a soothing color palette of creams, white, and yellow throughout. The warm wooden accents that can be found in each space really lend to the home’s cozy and beachy feel. Every aspect of this property has been designed with families and entertaining in mind.


There are two bedrooms in the main house (which includes the master bedroom and the children’s bedroom) while the other four bedrooms have independent access and are situated at the pool and garden level. All of the bedrooms have a king bed (two of which can be converted into two single beds) except for the children’s bedroom which is fitted with a bunk bed. Most of the bedrooms either have access to a private terrace or to the gardens, allowing guests to live both indoors and outdoors.


The property is surrounded by its picturesque gardens dotted with palm trees, fruit trees, vegetable and herb gardens. The pool area is divided into three sections – children’s pool, hot tub, and main pool. The main pool is 6x10m and boasts a solar heating system. Surrounding the pool there is a fully fitted summer kitchen and numerous outdoor lounge and dining areas to enjoy.


Whether you would like to spend an afternoon poolside, dine al fresco in the privacy of your gardens, or explore the beautiful beaches Ibiza has to offer, this property is the ultimate family getaway.

Booking Conditions

Payment & Cancellations

To finalize your booking, you must pay a deposit corresponding to 50% of the rent. Deposit payment must be made within 48 hours of accepting the rental agreement. The balance of rental and damage deposit must be paid no later than 60 days prior to arrival date. Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card. All payments are non-refundable.
