This luxury villa rental is situated in the scenic countryside of Santa Eulalia, Ibiza. The home offers 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, beautifully maintained gardens and lawn, a swimming-pool and a tennis court. This luxurious south facing property, with beautiful century old dry-stone walls, is decorated in a modern and refined style with high-quality furniture, beamed ceilings, and marble finishings.


The kitchen is the heart of this villa. Designed to cater for large groups or families, its windows slide away to the indoor and outdoor dining patio, which leads out to a fully equipped outdoor kitchen. Adjacent to this kitchen you will find a kitchenette with an additional pantry space. Through the kitchen area is the ground floor stone tower entrance with a circular home theatre / living room. This round room has a double height ceiling, a home theatre and a large fireplace. Off the kitchen, in the centre of the house, there is a large covered summer lounge room with a giant U-shaped sofa facing the stunning views. Attached to the summer lounge is the annex building with a bar and lounge area.


In the main house guests will find the master suite, an incredible 115m2 room with a further 150m2 of private terrace, equipped with a hammock, plus several lounge areas in the garden. This master suite has a large walk-in wardrobe, an en-suite bathroom, a separate lounge area with a fireplace. The main house contains two other spacious bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom and oversized bath and shower, one with a shared bathroom and access to the outdoor tropical gardens and showers. The third one, externally accessed, has an en-suite bathroom and opens onto the summer living room courtyard. There is another large bedroom overlooking the pool, externally accessed, with en-suite bathroom and a mini-fridge and one more bedroom set on the top floor of the tower, providing a marvellous view.


The property is immersed in nature, gardens have nice bougainvillea and Mediterranean vegetation. You can exchange a few balls on the tennis court or take a refreshing dip in the outdoor swimming-pool, lined with parasols and day beds. The home offers plenty of outdoor space to relax and eat al-fresco, whether out in the sunshine or under a covered terrace enjoying the shade.

Booking Conditions

Payment & Cancellations

To finalize your booking, you must pay a deposit corresponding to 50% of the rent. Deposit payment must be made within 48 hours of accepting the rental agreement. The balance of rental and damage deposit must be paid no later than 60 days prior to arrival date. Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card. All payments are non-refundable.
