This luxury villa rental is located in the north of the island of Mallorca, only 5 minutes from the beach and 15 minutes from the Golf of Capdepera. It offers eight bedrooms, spectacular expansive gardens and a large swimming pool.

This beautiful estate dates back to the 16th century and has been fully restored while keeping the traditional Mallorcan style and charm. The home is decorated in an elegant style that blends seamlessly with traditional Mallorcan furnishings and beamed ceilings, and parquet or tiled floors with antique and modern art. 

Access to the house is through a beautiful entrance with two arches leading to the living room. The living room flows into the winter dining room, summer dining room, the fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table and a courtyard with a fountain, leading to the chapel. The ground floor also hosts one of the bedrooms which has access to a terrace and is fitted with a double bed and en suite bathroom.
