This modern family-friendly villa ticks all the boxes when it comes to a top holiday-ready stay. Spread over three levels, a series of porches and patios provide plenty of sun or shade in which to unwind and enjoy the scenic garden and mountain vistas. There are lovely views from the swimming pool, too, plus a sunny terrace to kick back, dry off and chill out poolside. Plus, convenient road access puts some of the island’s main highlights – including the capital Palma – within easy driving distance.  


This villa is located in the quiet residential neighbourhood of Sa Coma, just outside the pretty town of Bunyola. The surrounding area is largely covered with pretty fields and olive groves, with the mighty Tramuntana Sierra rising dramatically nearby. Easy access to the main road that stretches from Palma to the north of the island puts both the buzzing Mallorcan capital and scenic Sóller town within 20 minutes by car. Fabulous hiking opportunities are abundant nearby too, plus you’re less than half an hour from beautiful beaches at Port de Sóller and Deia. 


The villa’s four bedrooms are bright and modern and sleep up to seven guests. Two of the rooms have double beds, one has two single beds and one with just one single. A baby cot is also available. All have their own air conditioning and storage closet, while the master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub. There are also three other shared bathrooms, two with walk-in showers and a third with a tub. 


A nine-metre-long swimming pool means enough space for a swim, plus it features an open side affording beautiful views over the Mallorcan countryside. Poolside you’ll find several comfy loungers to sunbathe or snooze on, plus there’s a ping-pong table and a small play area nearby with swings for the little ones. For relaxing indoors, there’s a cosy lounge with a TV, fireplace and air conditioning. Central heating is also available over the cooler months. 


The main floor features a country-style kitchen, complete with all the appliances you’ll need including a ceramic top hob, oven and microwave. This open-plan area adjoins the living and breakfast space and connects outside to an alfresco dining table, perfect for lingering lunches. You’ll find a barbecue outside too and shops for supplies in nearby Bunyola.

Booking Conditions

Payment & Cancellations

To finalize your booking, you must pay a deposit corresponding to 50% of the rent. Deposit payment must be made within 48 hours of accepting the rental agreement. The balance of rental and damage deposit must be paid no later than 60 days prior to arrival date. Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card. All payments are non-refundable.
