Booking Conditions

Payment & Cancellations

To finalize your booking, you must pay a deposit corresponding to 50% of the rent. Deposit payment must be made within 48 hours of accepting the rental agreement. The balance of rental and damage deposit must be paid no later than 60 days prior to arrival date. Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card. All payments are non-refundable.

  • Please note that the garage is not available to guests. Due to manufacturer or user error, we cannot guarantee that the elevator will be in service. Please advise prior to booking if elevator usage is mandatory for your stay. Cellular reception in the area may vary depending on your provider. To ensure a seamless experience, we recommend downloading Google Maps offline before your arrival. By saving the area in advance, you can easily navigate and access directions, even without cellular service or Wi-Fi. This will help you navigate the area with ease during your stay.
