The third floor offers a spacious Italian kitchen with a central island, a dining room with 2 adjoining tables of 10 seats each, a 100m2 lounge area with cathedral style ceilings, a fireplace, and 3 games tables as well as a large south and west facing terrace. The mezzanine provides another large bedroom with en-suite bathroom. There is also a ski room with a walk in closet and boot warmers.
