This luxury holiday villa is situated in the heart of the city with its very own private pier for boats and gondolas. The historic 15th century palazzo has been painstakingly renovated to be the exquisite private residence that it is today. Situated on the iconic Grand Canal, this luxury estate is in a superb location between Piazza San Marco and the Rialto Bridge, ideal for exploring everything that this beautiful city has to offer.

The palazzo boasts four exquisite apartments over four floors. The interiors are a beautiful blend of classic Venetian architecture and modern luxury. Each apartment is tastefully furnished and decorated in their own style. Original frescos, sumptuous fabrics, contemporary furnshings, marble bathrooms and beamed ceilings are elements that can be found throughout. Moreover, all of the furniture, lighting and decor has been custom designed for the estate. The palazzo exudes elegance and comfort, providing guests with a truly unique and unforgettable experience.

The first apartment is set over three floors. The main floor is composed of three spacious living areas, an office, a dining area that can seat up to 20 guests, and a modern and professionally equipped kitchen, available for staff use only. On the second floor, there are five en suite bedrooms and a large living area. Moreover, there is a private gym on the ground floor.

The second apartment is situated on the third floor of the palazzo and offers a large living area with comfortable leather sofas and a dining area with breathtaking views over the Grand Canal. The fully equipped kitchen has views of the Rialto Bridge and the four designer suites are sumptuous in design and provide ultimate comfort.

The third apartment is also situated on the third floor. The apartment's open living area comprises a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living space, perfect for entertaining guests. The dining area opens onto a small balcony with views of the city's rooftops and the Grand Canal. The two double bedrooms offer the perfect retreat for guests to unwind after a busy day of sightseeing. Both bedrooms have their private, separate shower room.

The fourth apartment is situated on the fourth floor and is comprised of a spacious living room, an open concept fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and three elegantly appointed en-suite bedrooms (one with 2 single beds that is suitable for children), adorned with high-quality linens and tasteful decor. In addition, this apartment boasts a private roof terrace with lovely views of the city's rooftops and the Grand Canal, a magical place to relax with an aperitivo.
