This luxury holiday rental is nestled at the edge of a small historic town in Apulia, overlooking the Salento countryside and close to the best beach clubs of the Ionian sea. Only 15 minutes from the beautiful waters of Torre San Giovanni, the property can accommodate a total of 28 guests in 14 bedrooms and features a wide swimming pool, a sports court and an internal court that hosts a centenary olive tree and views of the scenic landscape. 

Preserving its 16th century architectural beauty, this masseria was completely renovated in 2017 in a refined and classy style and has top-of-the-line appliances. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed and comfortable. Decorative elements with pieces from Italian designers are placed alongside antiques and vintage finds from the owners. 

The ground floor comprises six large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a lounge bar, the reception, a living room, a breakfast/dining room, three service bathrooms, as well as a private extensive gym. On the first floor there are eight more bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are accessible to guests with reduced mobility and many offer either panoramic views and terrace. 

The exteriors are very well equipped and include an outside swimming pool lined with parasols and sunbeds, a rooftop hot tub for 4 people, a courtyard with Mediterranean aromatic plants and other tanning areas on the flat roofs of the building. Set near a lush olive grove, the masseria also comes with a veranda outside of the bar area and a tennis court, that can be converted to play soccer, volleyball or basketball. Simply choose your favourite area outside to have breakfast or dinner al-fresco.
