Set on a 1500 acre private estate that includes an organic farm, certified white truffle hunting ground and a 1000 year old convent. The property is surrounded by ancient and majestic oak woods, providing an unparalleled level of privacy. The villa offers six comfortable bedrooms, a 13.5 x 6.5m swimming pool, a billiard table, pizza oven and beautiful spacious gardens. 

This traditional Tuscan farmhouse is spread over three floors and features beamed ceilings, terracotta floors and generously-sized luminous rooms. The interiors have been refurbished to create a cozy, charming and welcoming home for families and groups of friends.

On the entrance floor, the courtyard leads into a fully fitted kitchen with a beautiful central marble table and doors opening out onto the alfresco dining terrace. There is a wine cooler in the pantry stocked with a collection of local wines that can be purchased for enjoyment. Turning right from the kitchen there is the elegant dining room, accommodating 12 guests, which in turn leads into a wonderfully spacious living room with sofas on either side of a grand open fireplace. The recreation room next door, equipped with a billiard table, is the ideal place to relax and enjoy a drink and a game of pool. 

The first floor is home to five spacious bedrooms, each with marvellous countryside views and air conditioning. Three of these bedrooms enjoy an en suite bathroom while the remaining two bedrooms benefit from a Jack and Jill bathroom. On that same floor there is a smaller, cozy living room with an open fireplace. The 6th en suite double bedroom is accessed via the courtyard and has access to the gardens and a terrace.

The 4 acre gardens surrounding the villa are planted with centuries-old oaks and chestnut trees, Mediterranean shrubs and aromatic flowers. The outdoors offer several shaded and sun-drenched sitting areas. Directly outside the kitchen is the main shady terrace fitted with a modern lounge and dining area, the perfect spot to dine al fresci with family and friends. A few steps across, a paved path leads to the decked swimming pool lined with parasols and sun loungers, ideal for an afternoon under the Tuscan sun. 

Guests will enjoy the delicious farm to table daily breakfast. In addition, guests can book a private chef to prepare lunches and dinners using locally sourced ingredients. A number of local experiences and activities can also be booked separately such as truffle hunting, cooking classes, wine tasting tours, yoga classes and e-bike rentals.

For those who would like to golf, the villa is a short 10 minute drive to Poggio dei Medici, one of the best golf courses in Italy. In addition, Bilancino Lake is just 15 minutes away by car offering the possibility to enjoy a refreshing day on the water swimming, sailing, or fishing. No stay here is complete without a visit to the Convent of Bosco ai Frati, Scarperia, Borgo San Lorenzo and Sant' Agata. Further afield, Florence is only 30 minutes by car, while Siena, Pienza, Chianti, Lucca and Pisa are all conveniently reachable in under two hours’ drive.
