This traditional Tuscan farmhouse is spread over three floors and features beamed ceilings, terracotta floors, and generously sized, luminous rooms. The interiors have been refurbished to create a cozy, charming, and welcoming home for families and groups of friends.

On the entrance floor, the courtyard leads into a fully fitted kitchen with a beautiful central marble table and doors opening out onto the alfresco dining terrace. There is a wine cooler in the pantry stocked with a collection of local wines that can be purchased for enjoyment. Turning right from the kitchen, there is the elegant dining room accommodating 12 guests, which in turn leads into a wonderfully spacious living room with sofas on either side of a grand open fireplace. The recreation room next door, equipped with a billiard table, is the ideal place to relax and enjoy a drink and a game of pool. Wellness lovers will appreciate the home gym, dedicated massage room with chromotherapy, and open-air yoga deck with sweeping estate views.

The first floor is home to five spacious bedrooms, each with marvellous countryside views. Three of these bedrooms enjoy an en-suite bathroom, while the remaining two bedrooms benefit from a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. On that same floor, there is a smaller, cozy living room with an open fireplace. The sixth en-suite bedroom is accessed via the courtyard and has access to the gardens and a terrace.

The 1.5-acre gardens surrounding the villa are planted with centuries-old oaks and chestnut trees, Mediterranean shrubs, and aromatic flowers. The outdoors offer several shaded and sun-drenched sitting areas. Directly outside the kitchen is the main shady terrace fitted with a modern lounge and dining area — the perfect spot to dine al fresco with family and friends. A few steps across, a paved path leads to the decked swimming pool lined with parasols and sun loungers, ideal for an afternoon under the Tuscan sun.

Further afield, Florence is only 30 minutes by car, while Siena, Pienza, Chianti, Lucca, and Pisa are all conveniently reachable in under two hours’ drive.
