This luxury holiday villa is located on a private estate that is part of a natural reserve on the borders of Umbria and Tuscany. Perched on a hilltop, the home offers 8 bedrooms, a heated pool, a tennis court and breathtaking views over the valley and surrounding hills.

This gorgeous home blends modern comfort with traditional materials and offers the elegance of a typical Italian villa with the ease and charm of an English country house. The interiors, luxurious without being ostentatious, have been tastefully decorated with quality furniture and attention to detail. 

Separated into three distinct zones - the North Side, South Side and Garden House - the estate offers its guests real individual privacy, even at full occupancy. On the ground floor of the main house guests have access to a large sitting room with fireplace and doors leading the terrace, a library, a spacious kitchen with wood-fired pizza oven and magnificent views from every window. Moreover, there is an additional sitting area with fireplace and a spacious dining area. On the south side, there is a double en suite bedroom with access to the garden and a double bunk bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

The first floor of the main houses consists of a private sitting room with fireplace, the master suite with a freestanding bath, shower room and balcony. There is a second master suite with juliet balcony, dressing area and bathroom, an adjoining child's bedroom and large walk-in wardrobe. Finally there is a twin bedroom and guest bathroom.

The garden house is situated below the main house with independent entrance and private outdoor space. The annex includes a sitting-room with TV, a kitchenette and a table for two, a master bedroom with freestanding bath and en-suite shower room and an en suite twin bedroom. 

The grounds are beautifully landscaped and include a variety of terraces, dining areas, a swing and two hammocks, a covered outdoor sitting room with fireplace, a pool house and a separate covered rose loggia beside the large 18 x 4.5m pool. Guests can relax poolside with a cool drink in hand, play an afternoon game of tennis and then enjoy a pizza making class followed by a candlelit dinner al fresco looking out over the valley.
