The restaurant offers a terrace with panoramic sea views where you can also enjoy a delicious gourmet champagne brunch every Sunday from October to May.

Elsa, Monaco *

Elsa is the first 100% organic restaurant to have been awarded a Michelin star. Italian chef Paolo Sari is inspired by his native Italy: gourmet Mediterranean and Italian cuisine with Tuscan influences that features local organic produce. The restaurant is elegant and luxurious in design and offers an incredible sea view.

La Chèvre d’Or, Eze **

La Chèvre d’Or is situated in Eze, one of the most picturesque villages in the South of France. Chef Arnaud Faye celebrates the authenticity of the region and its contrasting landscape from the rocky foothills of the Mercantour to the striking blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea. The restaurant offers French cuisine and includes dishes such as monkfish with braised, Niçoise ratatouille and rabbit with smoked octopus, eggplant and girolles.

Joël Robuchon, Monaco **

Joël Robuchon promises an unforgettable gastronomic experience with its Mediterranean-inspired menu. The cuisine is authentic and features fresh, high quality products and produce. Thanks to its open kitchen, the two Michelin-starred restaurant allows guests to admire Executive Chef Christophe Cussac and his team prepare dishes in a flawlessly orchestrated performance.

La Passagère, Cap d’Antibes *

Tucked away at the entrance of Cap d’Antibes lies La Passagère. The interiors were reimagined by a renowned designer while staying true to its art deco roots and the terrace is one of the most sought after on the Riviera. Chef Aurélien Vécaud offers a Mediterranean cuisine with a focus on local seafood. Le Candille, Mougins *

Chef Yoric Tièche reinvents Provençal and Mediterranean dishes using the freshest produce from the hotel’s gardens. Le Vistamar, Monaco *

Enjoy fine dining for lunch or dinner on one Monaco’s most exceptional terraces. Le Vistamar focuses on wellness and gastronomy and Chef Witz offers a Mediterranean menu that is both healthy and incredibly flavorful.  Dishes on the menu include blue lobster, a bouillabaisse in three services, and homemade pappardelle pasta with poached egg and black truffle.

Mirazur, Menton ***

At the foot of the mountains overlooking the sea, just a stone’s throw from the Italian border, lies this exceptional three-Michelin-starred restaurant. Mirazur has been on the list of the World’s 50 Best Restaurants eleven times and in 2018 it was listed as the third best restaurant in the world. Chef Mauro Colagreco offers a unique cuisine which draws inspiration from his Italian-Argentinian heritage. 

La Palme d’Or, Cannes **

La Palme d’Or is a two-Michelin-starred restaurant situated on the famous Boulevard de la Croisette in Cannes. The restaurant offers elegant interiors and a large terrace with an incredible sea view. Chef Christian Sinicropi  serves his cuisine for the senses – ever daring and always inventive. Dishes include Dublin bay prawn, Mediterranean red tuna, and veal sweetbreads.
