Elena: Serenity Estate is a reflection of our family values. Every corner of the villa reflects our way of life, creating an atmosphere we are eager to share with our guests – whom often leave with cherished lifelong memories.

Filip: There are many beautiful villas around the world, but few places make you feel as cared for as we do. At Serenity Estate, your vacation begins the moment your stay is confirmed. Can you share a favorite memory or experience at the villa that truly captures its magic?

Filip: Serenity Estate is a place where meaningful connections are created. I especially love our annual retreat with friends—every December, we gather to relax in the heated swimming pool, enjoy the private cinema, play foosball and billiards, and even swim in the bay. To me, true luxury is time, and the moments spent with loved ones are an investment in myself. I return home with new stories, fresh perspectives, and a heart full of memories.

Elena: I also love making our guests feel special. I will never forget the moment we organized a treasure hunt for a client’s 12th birthday. She had to find 13 gifts hidden around the estate and complete 12 tasks. The final task was to tell her family why she loves them. Seeing them all emotional and happy was a beautiful confirmation that we are doing something right.

One of its most beautiful and meaningful landmarks is the statue of Marija Petrina, dedicated to the wife of our Master Suite’s main character. This statue, along with the historic Anuncijata Church, which honors the wives of sailors, reflects the deep emotional and cultural ties between Lošinj and the sea.

Food is an important part of travel—what are your favorite local restaurants?

Elena: Lošinj itself is a culinary paradise, rich with Michelin recommendations and family-owned gems.
