Though famous for its all night parties, there’s much more to Ibiza Town than its club and techno scene.

Morning

Begin your day with a healthy breakfast at one of the many restaurants located in Ibiza Town. Passion, one of the best breakfast and brunch destinations in Ibiza, is a popular choice offering juices, eggs, protein shakes and more.

After breakfast take a stroll through the charming side streets, stopping to admire the wares in the stores, and head to the Puget Museum in Dalt Vila (the old town). Located in a beautiful 15th century Ibizan palacio this museum houses artworks by father and son, Narcís Puget Viñas and Narcís Puget Riquer depicting popular scenes and events in Ibiza, much of which represents life here as it was before it became a super party scene in the 1980’s and 90’s.

After visiting the museum, explore the charm of the old town as you head back down toward the harbor and the Marina Botafoch. Here you have definitely left the old for the new. With high end shops, restaurants and bars, the marina is a wonderful place for shopping while admiring the sleek yachts anchored in the harbor. On the other side of the marina is the beautiful Talamanca beach.

Lunch

Enjoy lunch with your feet in the sand at Chambao, a relaxing laid-back beach restaurant set within the five-star resort of Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay. Freshly-caught, grilled seafood and a traditional Valencian paella are specialities here, as well as locally sourced salads and organic dishes.

Afternoon

Fortified after your lunch and ready for a drink, head back to Dalt Vila and order a pitcher of Sangria at one of the many bars such as S’Escalinata Eivissa. Afterwards, wander the hippy street market which is open every day from late afternoon until midnight before choosing a spot for dinner.

Evening

There are any number of possibilities for dinner depending on where you want to stay in Ibiza Town. Some possibilities include La Oliva in Dalt Vila, Cotton Supper Club (available for private hire only) in the area of Figueretas, just a stone’s throw from Ibiza Town, and Izakaya Asian Kitchen & Bar located on the ground floor of the five-star hotel Sir Joan.

The evening is a time to enjoy any number of bars and restaurants offering live music but the real partying starts around midnight and goes on into the wee hours of the morning. Pacha and Amnesia are two of the most popular superclubs. Visiting one of these or any of the superclubs is the perfect way to end your day in true Ibiza style.
