This luxury holiday rental is located on the Coast of Spain, in a quiet urbanization but only a 15 minute drive down to the beaches and coast of Fuengirola and within close reach of the white village of Mijas. It offers 4 luxurious bedrooms, a swimming pool, a gym area, a cinema room and spectacular views over the sea and the mountains that can be enjoyed from every single room.

The villa has an original and unique design, much like an L shaped platform. The spacious and bright interiors are decorated in an ultra-modern and minimalist style, with oak tones, abstract artworks, floor to ceiling and sliding windows which can be opened up to create an indoor/outdoor living experience, let the sunshine in and enjoy the gorgeous views. The four identical bedrooms are located in one wing of the house, each with en-suite bathrooms and direct access to the viewing platform through a sliding door. On the other side of the villa guests can find an open living space surrounded by glazed sliding windows and comprising a fully fitted kitchen and a dining area which can host up to eight guests. In the lower level of the house, which is cut into the hill and creates a large exterior foyer, there is a gym with cardio equipment and weights and a cinema room with plush sofas and seating for up to 8 people.

The exteriors feature a heated swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and a comfortable lounge area where guests can relax and enjoy the surrounding views. There is a covered terrace with over-sized chairs and a dining area for al fresco meals. On the lower level, there is an additional outdoor lounge area with hanging chairs and comfortable plush sofas right beside a ping pong table, billiard table and foosball table.
